Wavy Words Workshop, December 29th

Words and phrases hold meaning and encourage action! Phrases we are fond of can cheer us, motivate us, and drive us towards our goals. I’ve asked several Black Hawk County Extension Staff members their favorite 12-or-less word phrases, read on!

What is your favorite saying?

The December workshop at the Black Hawk County Extension Office is Wavy Words Canvas Painting! The Black Hawk County 4-H program will be hosting a “Paint and Pizza” workshop on Thursday, December 29th from 3:00-5:00 PM.

The workshop is open to 4-H Members Kindergarten through 12th grade; if a Member is K-4th, please register a parent for additional crafting help. Registration is limited to the first 20 registrations. The experience cost $10 per an individual. All materials, canvas, and pizza will be provided!

To register, please email 4-H AmeriCorps Member, Emily Samuelson, at youth_esam@iastate.edu! Registration closes on December 27th, 4:30 PM.

Registration Format: Name of Participant, 4-H Club, 4-H Age, Food Allergies
